A Marshall Islands–flagged bulk carrier engaged M1, a licensed and registered ship agent in Sri Lanka, to coordinate a series of operational and technical requirements during its call at OPL and anchorage. Our agency team managed the full scope of port formalities, logistics, and crew operations with zero delays and complete regulatory compliance.

Scope of  Services Delivered

Our agency operations team completed all mandatory procedures required for the vessel’s arrival and service engagement, including:

• Preparation and submission of inward documentation

• Advance Navigation & Port Authority payments

• Formal declaration of the vessel for services at OPL and anchorage

• Coordination with customs, immigration, and port health authorities

Crew Change Management

M1 executed multiple crew movements in line with regulatory protocols:

• Signing on six Romanian technicians for Main Engine repair work

• Master sign-on / sign-off

• Chief Engineer sign-on / sign-off

• All clearances arranged under proper immigration supervision

Fresh Water Delivery

• 400 MT of potable water supplied via approved water barge
