We operate our Private Maritime Security Company (PMSC) services in strict accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka and every jurisdiction where our personnel are deployed.
This policy applies to all Marine One employees, contingent workers, and our subsidiary, SOLAS Lanka Pvt Limited. We extend these expectations to our suppliers and contractors, requiring them to maintain environmental, health, and safety practices that meet or exceed the ICoCA Code, our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and our Rules for the Use of Force (RUF).

Management Oversight: A senior-level Management Oversight Committee ensures that these principles are integrated into our daily business operations.

Working Hours: Workweeks comply with local laws and the ILO Maritime Labour Convention (MLC) standards.
Compensation: We guarantee that employee compensation meets or exceeds applicable minimum wage laws, including overtime and mandated benefits.
Marine One respects the right of all employees to freely associate and engage in collective bargaining. We encourage an environment of open communication where ideas and concerns can be shared with management without fear of retaliation.
Any stakeholder, employee, or third party who identifies a potential violation of this policy is encouraged to report it immediately.
